Foundations for Medical Ethics

Medical Ethics & The Church

It is often a challenge to live well in the midst of the ethical challenges that are brought to us by medical practices today. Our goal is that through this course you will gain a framework for engaging with the difficult questions that emerge from medical ethics. We will seek to help you address many of the moral problems of contemporary medical practices with Christian wisdom, care, and compassion, in a way that exalts Christ and nurtures the gift of his good creation.

This course will be taught by Dr. Quentin Genuis and Dr. Cara Bergen. They both practice medicine in the lower mainland and are followers of Christ.

PLACE: TriCity Church (2145 Nova Scotia Ave, Port-Coquitlam)

TIME: Fridays 7pm-9pm

Nov 27 - Death and Dying

Each evening will include a talk form Quentin and Cara and will end with a time for Q&A.
