TriCity Homemakers: A Place at the Table

TriCity Homemakers is a new ministry for women to explore, share and learn practical skills in the (somewhat) lost art of homemaking. Future sessions will include baking bread, best pizza recipes, home made pasta, quilting, soap making etc. Our goal is to recognize the attractional power that exists in a home that is rich with good food, hands on care and intentional conversations. We know this is not easy - in fact it's usually a battle just to get any food on the table and people around it - which is why we want to come together as women to encourage and learn from each other. (Titus 2:3-5)

Our first event "A Place at the Table" on October 17th, will focus on the importance of the table as a place for gospel hospitality. There will be ideas for table setting and opportunities to share ways to make meals special.
